Trust moves closer to extinction

A judge has approved the disclosure statement of nonprofit Environmental Trust Inc. The San Diego-based company will make some changes to its liquidation plan before a Wednesday, Dec. 7, confirmation hearing, according to debtor counsel Michael Breslauer of Solomon Ward Seidenwurm & Smith LLP .
